A conversation is one customer's messages with at least one HeyVoz reply within 24 hours. If you reach a limit we let you know, your customers get a polite “we'll get back to you”, and nothing extra is ever charged.
Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is free and asks for no card.
What happens after 14 days?
Nothing is charged automatically. We email you a few days before the trial ends. When it ends, HeyVoz pauses and asks you to choose a plan. Your setup stays saved, so you can pick up where you left off.
Which number do my customers text?
During the trial, our shared HeyVoz number: customers start their text with your short code, and every reply starts with your business name. Once you choose a plan, you get your own number. The shared number keeps working until yours is ready, so you never miss a message.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. No contract and no cancellation fee.
Does it really answer in Spanish?
Yes. It answers in the language the customer writes in, English or Spanish, or only the one you choose.
Where does it work?
